In addition to financial incentive, you’ll receive an accurate assessment of your home’s energy performance, which will help guide you toward the most cost-effective renovations.

To qualify for grants, it is essential to follow the official process before beginning your project

The initial energy assessment

Before you begin your renovations, a certified consultant will visit your home to perform an air-tightness test. This assessment helps determine your home’s EnerGuide rating and identify areas of heat loss.
Please note: This assessment is conducted through the government’s website.

Request for evaluation

The recommendations report

You’ll receive a personalized guide outlining priority improvements (such as replacing windows with ENERGY STAR®-certified models) to maximize your energy efficiency.

Carrying out the work

That’s where we come in! Contact us to have your new high-performance doors and windows installed according to the report’s recommendations.

Post-renovation assessment

Once the project is complete, the consultant will return to confirm the improvement in your home’s energy efficiency.

Receipt of the grant

Based on the improvement observed, you will receive a grant check by mail corresponding to the work you have completed.
