Terms and conditions

For customers of PRESIDENT Doors and Windows

  • The ENTOURAGE customer referral program is available to all of our customers, with no exception.
  • You can refer as many people as you wish.
  • A new customer cannot be referred by more than one existing customer of PRESIDENT Doors and Windows. If there is any conflict, the first application received will prevail (based on the date the application is received).
  • Only one cash back reward for each referred customer.
  • Cash back rewards will be paid after the referred customer’s installation is completed.
  • Complete the online application form or contact our toll-free number at 1 855 670-4777 to participate.
  • An existing customer can obtain an ENTOURAGE customer referral program signpost with their « UNIQUE » promotional code for social media by contacting us by email at ENTOURAGE@pfpresident.com or by dialing our toll-free number 1 855 670-4777.
  • A PRESIDENT customer cannot be referred for a past purchase.

For referred customers and ones using a promotional code

  • Only new customers can be referred. The customers need to be referred before the order is accepted for the promotion to be valid.
  • Your rebate will be directly applied on the estimate of the cost of work: 100$ rebate for work under 5,000$, and 200$ for work of 5,000$ and more (amount before taxes).
  • A referred customer can only apply to the rebate program once. Although, as a new PRESIDENT customer, they can obtain up to 200$ in cash back rewards each time they refer a new customer to President Doors and Windows.
  • Customers cannot refer themselves.
  • Employees, door and window advisors and installers of PRESIDENT Doors and Windows are not eligible for this promotion.
  • PRESIDENT Doors and Windows can terminate the ENTOURAGE program at any time.
